HOW WE WORK
Days typically start with breakfast at 8 a.m., followed by a review of the day’s routes and
places of interest along the way. The guides will discuss optional side trips for those
who wish to see more, and they’ll also explain shorter routes. Guests generally leave the
previous night’s lodging between 9 and 10 a.m., after placing their luggage near our van
so it can be taken to the next inn. The maximum number of guests that we take on our regular trip varies from 12 to 16. Our average group size is 12 guests. Our minimum trip size is four to six guests.
Lunch, which is frequently an extravagant picnic spread, is served at a scenic spot about midway during the day. The lunch stop is a time for socializing, resting and regrouping, as well as enjoying a healthy and appetizing meal.

DIFFICULTY
We suggest people who prefer to ride less kms each day, or less days a trip, to choose a short version, a Spa Tour, or a Cookery Tour. However, every trip's difficulty could be set on request. You can choose slow daily mileages following a picturesque route using minor roads, or some challenging extra-loop on your route notes.
