The following are fixed items that will go to compose the final costs:

- Guides (1 for every 10 people) assigned to the preparation and realisation of the excursion and to assist with the van;
- Van (1 for every 10 people);
- Assistance in the preparation of the start and finish of the excursion;
- Kit confirmation (sent to your home);
- Cookery courses pre arranged in the excursions;
- Tastings pre arranged in the excursions;
- The hiring of aluminium city bikes with 24 gears, side kick stand, puncture repair kit and luggage carriers for every day they have been arranged to be used;
- Approved helmet.

The following regards which may be added to the preceding items:

- Extra vehicles;
- Shuttle service to and from the airport;
- Personalised route notes - road books;
- Insurance against injuries;
- More than the 2 arranged pic-nics;
- Tachometer, dynamo powered lights and other bike accessories;
- Hotels, farmhouses and restaurant used for the stops on the excursions;
- Customized clothing t-shirts with the D.T. logo or the motto of the cyclist.
v Not included are personal expenses, telephone calls, washing and transfer home, and meals and snacks not on the prearranged programme. |
