It is an enjoyable competition with teams competing against each other challenged by different tables along the way where they must correctly identify different wines and cheeses.

On the tasting tables we put high quality wines next to cheap rubbish with all the names hidden; cheeses made from cow’s milk, ewe’s milk and goat’s milk. Competitors have to put the appropriate label with the correct product.

Whoever guesses correctly in the shortest time, wins.
